Commission never decides a verdict
We pick the kit we’d use on a paid shoot. If a product earns us more but performs worse, it loses. If the best option for you has no affiliate programme at all, we still recommend it.
Free and loaned kit
Most kit we review, we buy. When a brand lends or gives us a product, we say so at the top of that review. Brands never see a review before it’s published and can’t pay to change it.
